The Mindfulness Room (E223)

The Mindfulness Room is located upstairs in room E223. It is open every day during lunchtime and can be accessed by scanning the QR code found on the flyers posted around the school, or by getting a pass from you school social worker or school psychologist. The mindfulness room is a safe space for students seeking quiet individual time or who want to talk to a social worker. Food is allowed as long as you are respectful of the space.
