Parking Information

 

Student Parking 2025-2026

The Student Single Occupant Parking Application is a two-step, online-only process. Students are required to have their driver’s license BEFORE they apply for a parking pass. A driver’s permit is not acceptable.

  1. Payment for Parking Pass: A parent must pay for the parking pass through their parent portal in Infinite Campus (IC). Students cannot do this through their IC log in; it must be done through the parent portal. [Parents with a student who is new to Hamilton–please be aware that you will not be able to purchase a parking pass until your student has completed the enrollment process.]

Instructions for online payment through your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus:

  1. Under the “More” tab, select “InTouch Fees and Payments.”
  2. Select your student’s name and under “Shop”, select “Items at student’s school.”
  3. Select “Parking Permit–$60.”
  4. Add to cart and check out. (It may not look like it has been added, but if you scroll up and see the green bar with the shopping cart icon, please select that and you should see the parking permit there).
  5. Keep a copy of your receipt as you will need the receipt number as proof of payment.

 

  1. Complete Parking Pass Application: This application is a Google form that must be completed using the student’s gse email account. 

**To avoid error messages, please have your student log into their CUSD-issued laptop, open Google Chrome, search for the Hamilton HS website and under the “Parents & Students” tab, select “Student Information,” then “Parking Information” and then open the Google form by clicking on the link. 

You will need the following information to complete the application: student ID number, driver’s license number, vehicle make, model & color, insurance company, policy number & expiration date, as well as the receipt number you received after completing step 1 above. Applications are time stamped once submitted and are processed accordingly.

Parking pass pick up/delivery:

  • The student parking pass will be delivered to the student’s classroom within 5 school days of completion of both steps.

***STUDENTS MAY NOT PARK ON CAMPUS WITHOUT A PARKING PASS***

CARPOOL–The student parking lot has a select number of carpool spots. To qualify for a carpool spot, both drivers MUST have their driver’s license. Carpool applications cannot be completed online. Come by E100 for more information.
