2026 - 2027 Parking Information

The Student Single Occupant Parking Application is a two-step process. Students are required to have their driver’s license BEFORE they apply for a parking pass. A driver’s permit is not acceptable.

1. Payment for Parking Pass: Purchase can be made either in person at the HHS Bookstore OR a parent can pay for the parking pass through their parent portal in Infinite Campus (IC). Students cannot pay online through their IC log in; it must be done through the parent portal.

Instructions for online payment through your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus:

• Under the “More” tab, select “InTouch Fees and Payments.”

• Select your student’s name and under “Shop”, select “Items at student’s school.”

• Select “Parking Permit–$80.”

• Add to cart and check out. (It may not look like it has been added, but if you scroll up and see the green bar with the shopping cart icon, please select that and you should see the parking permit there).

• Keep a copy of your receipt as you will need the receipt number as proof of payment.

2. Complete Parking Pass Application: You should be able to complete this form with any device but to avoid error messages, please have your student log into their CUSD-issued laptop, open Google Chrome, search for the Hamilton HS website and under the “Parents & Students” tab, select “Parents & Students,” then “Parking Information” and then open the Google form by clicking on the link. 

You will need the following information to complete the application: student ID number; student’s driver’s license number; vehicle year, make, model & color; insurance company, policy number & expiration date, as well as the receipt number you received after completing step 1 above. Applications are time stamped once submitted and are processed accordingly.

Parking pass delivery:

• The student parking pass will be delivered to the student’s classroom within 5 school days of completion of both steps.

If you have applied for a pass but have not yet received it, you may ONLY park in any of the spots numbered 1059 - 1086 (the last row in the overflow parking lot, on the west side). Do not park in any other area of the parking lot until you receive your parking pass as you may be parking in someone else’s assigned spot. 

After July 24th, 2026, you may not park on campus until you receive your parking pass as all spaces in all areas are assigned. If you choose to park on campus without a parking pass, your car may be subject to being booted. Hamilton High School is not responsible for vehicular damage, theft or loss of property, or expenses/damages incurred from booting.

CARPOOL–The student parking lot has a select number of carpool spots. To qualify for a carpool spot, both drivers MUST have their driver’s license. Carpool applications cannot be completed online. Come by E100 for more information.
