To offer learning opportunities for students to deepen their computer science skills as well as their confidence. To build a supportive sisterhood of peers and role models who help students persist and succeed. To motivate the students to become a future female engineer in the United States. To close the gender gap in technology. To develop leadership abilities through participation in educational and social activities. To foster a deep respect for the dignity of work. To help students attain a purposeful life. To create enthusiasm for learning. To promote high standards in personal and professional ethics, workmanship, scholarship, and safety.
