Chick-fil-A Leader Academy
About Chick-fil-A Leader Academy...
The Chick-fil-A Leader Academy at Hamilton High School is part of a national leadership
program that equips students with the tools and mindset to become servant
leaders—individuals who lead by helping others. Through a partnership with the Ocotillo
Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator, students meet monthly to complete leadership modules focused
on teamwork, character, and community impact.
Throughout the year, members participate in meaningful service projects, including a large
"Impact Through Action Service Project” that directly benefits the local community. There is
no fee to join, and the program is open to all students in grades 9–12 who have a genuine
interest in leadership and service.
Participation in the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy helps students build valuable life skills,
strengthen their sense of purpose and positively influence their school and community.
